Every request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online.
A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.
It is recommended that you use your company email address, and that you use the same address for every ticket you create.
If you do not have a company email address, use your supervisor's or department's company email address, or have your supervisor create the ticket for you.
